Checking the exhaust system for leaks (Audi A2)
Start the engine and set it to idle mode. During the leak test, close the end section of the muffler, for example, with a rag or plug. Check by listening for leaks at the joints of the cylinder head/exhaust manifold, turbocharger/catalytic converter, etc. Eliminate any leaks found.
