Instructions. The EGR system is controlled by the engine control unit via the EGR valve "N18" to the mechanical EGR valve. EGR is switched off at idle speed after approximately 2 minutes.

Exhaust gas recirculation system (engines AMF, VNS):
1. Gasket. Replace
2. Nut. 22 Nm.
3. Bolt 22 Nm
4. Intake manifold
5. Power vacuum pneumatic element of the intake manifold flap
6. Bolt 8 Nm
7. O-ring. Replace
8. Mechanical EGR valve with intake manifold flap. Check
9. Bolt. 10 Nm
10. Suction pipe gasket. Replace. Mounting position: crossbar facing up
11. Gasket. Replace
12. Bolt. 22 Nm
13. Connecting pipe of exhaust gas recirculation, when installing, first screw loosely and then tighten the bolt connections completely
