Installation



Replace cuffs and seals. rings. Cover open engine parts. Remove any remaining sealant from the oil pan and cylinder block, for example using a rotating brush attachment with plastic bristles. Clean the seating surfaces; there should be no oil or grease on them. Observe the expiration date of the sealant. Cut off the tube tip along the front mark (opening diameter approx. 1.5 mm). Risk of blockage of the system channels. lubrication when there is excess sealant. The sealant beads must not be thicker than the prescribed size. Apply a bead of "arrow" sealant to the clean seating surface of the top of the oil pan. pallet as shown in the figure. The grooves of the seating surfaces must be filled with sealant. The bead of sealant should protrude 1.5 - 2.0 mm above the seating surface. After applying the sealant, install the upper part of the oil seal. pallet for 5 minutes.

3. Gasket: replace.
4. Cover with oil separator: with nipple. crankcase ventilation system.
5/6. Bolt: 9 Nm.
7. Bolt: 3 Nm.
8. Engine crankcase ventilation hose; to the intake manifold.
9. System hoses. engine crankcase ventilation: to the cylinder head covers.
10. O-ring seal: replace.
11. Engine crankcase ventilation hose: to the air tube.
12. Oil pressure relief valve: for supplying oil to the left cylinder head; 20 Nm.
13. Sealing ring: replace.
