11. Move the lever on the automatic transmission to the position "R" - all the way back. Make sure both front wheels are locked by trying to turn them in the same direction at the same time.
Note: Despite the automatic transmission being set to "R", mortise directions, the wheels are allowed to rotate thanks to the differential device.
12. Loosen the bolt (s) fastening the cable to the automatic transmission.
13. Put the tip of the cable on the selector lever and make sure that there is no tension by moving it back and forth several times. Tighten the cable fixing bolt.
14. Check the adjustment by selecting mode 'P". Release the brake pedal and check that the selector lever cannot be moved out of position "3" while pressing the button on the lever. Depress the brake pedal and verify that the lock solenoid has allowed the selector lever to be moved to any position with the button on the lever depressed. After that, check the correspondence of the display indication and the position of the lever.
15. Set the selector to "N". Release the brake pedal and check. that the lever is locked. Step on the pedal and check that the lever can be moved. The lever can only be switched to 'R' mode when the button is pressed.
16. On right-hand drive models, the starter can only be started in the positions "R" And "N" when the button is released.
