2.0. Front wheel brake mechanism with FN-3 caliper:
1 - brake hose. When replacing brake pads, the brake hose should not be disconnected
2 - guide pin cap 3 - guide pin. Tightening torque 25 Nm
4 - brake pipe. Tightening torque 15 Nm. The brake pipe is screwed into the caliper and connected to the brake hose. When connecting the pipe to the hose, the hose should be held by the hexagon to prevent it from turning
5 - support
6-bolt with grooved gasket for fixing the brake pad guide. Bolt tightening torque M12x1. 5x35 - 120 Nm, M14x1. 5x35-200 Nm. When using the bolt again, the ribbed gasket must be cleaned
7 - brake shoe guide
8 - brake pads
9 - brake shoe pressure spring. The spring is attached to two holes on the caliper
10 - brake disc. It is imperative that both brake discs on the axle be changed at the same time. Before removing the brake disc, the caliper must be removed together with the pad guide
11 - Brake hose holder
12 - Hexagon head bolt for mounting the holder. Tightening torque 10 Nm

Attention! There is an arrow on the inner brake shoe that must face forward in the direction of travel when installing the shoe. Otherwise, noise may occur while driving. New outer brake pads are covered with a protective film located on the side with which the pad is attached to the shoe support plate. The protective film must be removed before installing the pads.
