3.0. Front disc brake mechanism with FNR-G60 caliper:
1 - brake pads. The wear sensor wire is attached to the inner pad
2 - brake shoe guide
3 - bolts M14x1.5x38 for fastening the guide with a ribbed washer. Tightening torque 200 Nm
4 - guide pin bushings. Installed in the holes on the caliper
5 - guide pins. Tightening torque 30 Nm
6 - guide pin caps
7 - Brake disc. Apply grease G0S2142A2 to the contact surfaces of the brake disc and hub
8 - wheel bot. Tightening torque 120 Nm
9 - Brake hose nipple. Tightening torque 15 Nm
10 - brake line
11 - Brake pipe nipple connected to the caliper. Tightening torque 17 Nm
12- Brake hose holder
13 - M8x16 hexagon head bolt for mounting the holder. Tightening torque 25 Nm
14 - support
15 - pressure spring. The ends of the spring are placed on the studs of the caliper and the outer brake shoe. After installing the spring on the studs, it should be placed under the protrusion of the caliper
