Disassembly and assembly of the gearbox
1. Drive shaft oil line.
2. Intermediate gearbox housing: with a set of toothed gears.
3. Oil pan, front: fixed to the sensor module.
4. Sensor module: for sensors and detectors "G612"/"G632"/"G676"; different designs depending on the model, take into account compliance.
5. Bolt: 8 Nm; different designs depending on the model, take into account compliance.
6. Bolt: 4.5 Nm.
7. Oil pump.
8. Bolt: 5 pcs., 8 Nm.
9. Sealing ring: replace; different designs depending on the year of production.
10. Ejector pump: replace small seal. ring (not presented here).
11. Sealing ring: double lip seal, fastened; for the dividing partition in the gearbox housing; replace.
12. Plug connector for sensor module.
13. Carter KP.
14. Oil line: to the front drive.
15. Bolt: replace.
16. Half shaft: with cylindrical gear.
17. Bolt: for axle shaft to drive gear: replace; 150 Nm + 90°.
18. Adjusting washer.
19. Expansion sleeve.
20. Cylindrical gear.
21. Needle bearing.
Intermediate gearbox housing to gearbox housing - last and tightening torque
Replace the screws. Tighten the bolts in 2 stages as follows.
