ATF radiator, ATF lines, ATF replacement filter, vehicles with 4-cylinder and 6-cylinder engines (Audi A4 B8)

1. ATF radiator: built into the coolant radiator.
2. O-ring: replace; lubricate with ATF before inserting.
3. ATF lines. Return line: First, ATF lines with new seals. insert the rings by hand until they stop.
4. O-ring: replace; lubricate with ATF before inserting.
5. ATF lines. Direct line: First, ATF lines with new seals. insert the rings by hand until they stop.
6. Bolts: 5 Nm.
7. Union nut: 29 Nm.
8. Bolt: 9 Nm.
9. O-rings: replace; lubricate with ATF before inserting.
10. Oil lines: replace after removal.
11. O-rings: replace; lubricate with ATF before inserting.
12. Bolt: 9 Nm.
13. ATF oil return line: First the ATF lines with new seals. insert the rings by hand until they stop; the mounting bracket must fit snugly against the threaded hole in the gearbox.
14. Bolt: 20 Nm.
15. Sealing ring; replace; lubricate with ATF before inserting.
16. ATF oil supply line: First the ATF lines with new seals. insert the rings by hand until they stop; the mounting bracket must be in contact with the lower mounting bracket.
17. Sealing ring: replace, lubricate with ATF before inserting.
18. Sealing ring; replace; lubricate with ATF before inserting.
19. Bolt: 10 Nm.
20. Filter housing.
21. Replacement ATF filter: lubricate the seal before inserting. rings on the filter with ATF oil.
22. Sealing ring: replace; lubricate with ATF before inserting.
23. ATF replacement filter cover: 8 Nm.
