ATF radiator, ATF lines, ATF line filter, vehicles with 4-cylinder and 6-cylinder engines (Audi A4 B8)

1. ATF radiator: built into the coolant radiator.
2. O-ring: replace; lubricate with ATF before inserting.
3. ATF lines - return line: first ATF lines with new seals. insert the rings by hand until they stop.
4. O-ring: replace; lubricate with ATF before inserting.
5. ATF lines - straight line: first the ATF lines with new seals. insert the rings by hand until they stop.
6. Bolts: 5 Nm.
7. Union nut: 29 Nm.
8/9. Bolt: 9 Nm.
10. ATF oil supply line: Mark for installation to ATF lines.
11. ATF oil return line: Mark for installation to ATF lines.
12. Retaining clip: At the connection, place the ATF line onto the ATF line filter, and then pull to make sure the retaining clip is securely locked.
13. Sealing ring: replace; lubricate with ATF before inserting.
14. Bolt: 9 Nm.
15. ATF main filter.
16. Bolt: 20 Nm.
17. Bolt: First, insert the ATF line with new seals by hand until it stops. rings; the ATF line mounting plate must fit snugly against the threaded hole in the gearbox; the upper ATF line mount must be in contact with the lower mount, 20 Nm.
18. O-rings: replace, lubricate with ATF before inserting.
19. Union nut: 29 Nm.
