Removal



Instructions. In order to use the support "3386", the axle must be movable. It is necessary to remove the locking ring "arrow". Now you can move the axle in the support "3386". After use, reinstall the locking ring.


The gearbox is removed. When unscrewing the bolts, use the counter support "3386". Turn all the bolts clockwise one by one in several stages of 90° until the pressure plate is removed.

To tighten the bolts, reposition the support "3386". Install the clutch disc and pressure plate on the flywheel and center the clutch disc using the centering tool "T10063", the nuts on the centering tool must be loosened. Mounting position of the clutch disc: damping pack (coil springs) or an inscription "Getriebeseite" must be directed towards the pressure plate or towards the gearbox.

Tighten nut "A" with 13 mm spanner "pos. 1" until centering tool "T10063" is pressed against the clutch disc. Then tighten nut "B" so as to press the pressure plate against the clutch disc. Tighten all bolts evenly by hand until the bolt head is flush with the pressure plate. Tighten all bolts clockwise one by one in several 90° steps until the housing is flush with the flywheel. Tighten all bolts clockwise one by one to the final tightening torque.
