Instruction. Observe the general repair instructions. Replace clutch/pressure plate with damaged or loose rivets. Select the clutch disc and pressure plate according to the engine code. Clean input shaft gear and, if using clutch disc, hub gear, remove corrosion and apply a very thin layer of clutch disc gear grease -G 000 100- to the gear. Then move the clutch disc in one direction and the other until the hub is easy to walk on the shaft. Be sure to remove excess grease. The pressure plates are corrosion protected and grease lubricated. They can only clean the working surface, otherwise the service life of the clutch will be significantly reduced. To eliminate the smell of a burnt clutch, thoroughly clean the clutch housing, flywheel and engine on the gearbox side.
Clutch parts and assemblies:
1. Flywheel. Make sure that the centering pins are securely installed on the working surface of the clutch linings there should be no grooves, oil stains and traces of grease
2. Driven clutch disc. Mounting position: shock absorber package (coil springs) or inscription "Getriebeseite" located on the side of the pressure plate (KP). Center
3. Clutch pressure plate. Check keyed and riveted connections, check the ends of the diaphragm spring
4. Bolt. Loosen and tighten in stages crosswise, 20 Nm
