1.0. Main components of the clutch:
1 - flywheel. There should be no grooves, oil or grease on its surface, to which the friction lining of the driven disk is attached. The flywheel can be of a conventional type or a composite one
2 - flywheel mounting bolt. Tightening torque 60 Nm + 90° turn (1/4 turn), if a conventional flywheel is installed or the length of the mounting bolts of a composite flywheel is 22.5 mm. If the composite flywheel is mounted with bolts 43 mm long, they are tightened with a force of 60 Nm + 180° rotation. The bolts must be replaced each time they are dismantled
3 - driven clutch disc. The spring cage should face the pressure plate. The friction lining should be in contact with the flywheel
4 - pressure plate with adjusting ring
5 - pressure plate mounting bolt. Tightening torque 22 Nm
6 - primary shaft needle bearing
