1.0v. Clutch hydraulic drive components:
1 - expansion tank with brake fluid
2 - feed hose
3 - pipeline
4 - pedal bracket
5 - clutch pedal
6 - bolts for fastening the main brake cylinder with a head for a hexagonal socket wrench. Tightening torque 20 Nm
7 - connecting pin of clutch pedal and brake master cylinder
8 - clutch master cylinder
9 - sealing gasket. Cannot be dismantled
10 - clamp
11 - gearbox
12 - working cylinder. Made of plastic
13 - bleed nipple. Tightening torque 5 Nm
14 - bleeder nipple cap
15 - pipeline clamp
16 - Pipeline bracket
17 - Allen key head bolt for fastening the bracket to the slave cylinder. Tightening torque 20 Nm
18 - Pipe holder nut. Tightening torque 2 Nm
19 - gasket


Caution! After removing the slave cylinder, do not depress the clutch pedal. When installing the slave cylinder with a plastic support ring, the outer surface of the ring should be lubricated with a thin layer of grease. When installing, use a crowbar to press the cylinder down enough to screw in the mounting bolt.


Caution! Do not allow brake fluid to come into contact with the gearbox housing surface. Any fluid that comes into contact with the gearbox must be removed immediately with a rag.
