Instructions. To carry out work on the clutch release lever shaft and clutch release bearing, remove the gearbox. Apply high-temperature grease "G 000 603" to all bearings and friction surfaces.
Clutch release mechanism:
1. Clutch release lever shaft. Check for ease of movement
2. Sealing cuff. Press with a screwdriver
3. Support sleeve
4. Clutch housing
5. Support sleeve
6. Locking clamp. Remove the clutch release lever shaft before removing
7. Clutch release lever. Assembly with clutch release lever shaft
3. Clutch release bearing. Do not wash the bearing, only wipe it. Replace bearings that make a loud noise
9. Bracket. Place on the clutch release bearing
10. Spring latch. Insert into bracket, then into clutch release lever
11. Bolt. Self-locking, replace, 18 Nm
12. Guide sleeve. Apply grease to the clutch release lever guide
