Repair of the clutch release mechanism (Audi A2)

Pressing out the support bushing

Removal the support bushing

A. Puller with internal grip 14...19 mm "Kukko 21/2".

B. "VW 771/15" in combination with support adapter "Kukko 22/1".

Pressing the support sleeve until it stops

Pressing the support sleeve "flush"

Pressing in the clutch release lever shaft seal ring until it stops

Assembling the clutch release lever with the clutch release lever shaft

Install the clutch release lever so that the protrusion between the teeth is properly positioned on the shaft of the "arrow" clutch release lever.
