1. Gasket: cylinder head covers; if damaged or loose, replace.
2. Cylinder head cover.
3. Nozzle: Replace if damaged or loose.
4. Lip seal: injectors.
5. Nozzle.
6. Lip seal: covers; if damaged or loose, replace.
7. Lid.
8. Engine crankcase ventilation hose.
9. Sealing ring: replace.
10. Clamp.
11. Fuel sealing bushing. ramps.
12. Fuel rail; do not change the curved shape of high pressure pipelines.
13/14. Bolt.
15. Reverse fuel. hose.
16. Sealing ring: replace.
17. Nozzle.
18. Sealing ring: replace.
19. Copper seal. ring: replace.
20. Bolt: 9 Nm.
21. Thermal insulation shield.
22. Bolt: with seal; replace.
Left cylinder head cover - sequence and tightening torque
Replace bolts that were tightened with additional tightening.

Tighten the bolts in 3 phases in the specified sequence.

Replace bolts that were tightened with additional tightening.

Tighten the bolts in 3 phases in the specified sequence.
