Remove the fuel distributor.
Release the brackets -arrows- and remove the toothed belt protective cover. Disconnect el. plug connections -2,3,4-, release the wires. Remove and release vacuum hose-1-.
Disconnect el. Plug connection -3 for differential pressure sender -G505-. Unscrew the bolt -2- and release the hoses -1- from the holder. Move differential pressure sender -G505- to rear.
Release the bundle of emails. wires -arrow-. Unscrew the nuts -1- and remove the holder -2-.
Unscrew bolts -1,3-. Remove the fuel hoses by loosening the hose clamps -2-. Pull the fuel lines upward from the cylinder head cover and push them to the side. -Pos. 4- ignore.
Disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose -2- by pressing the release buttons. -Pos. 1- do not take into account.
Remove vacuum hose -2-. Remove cylinder head cover holder -1- and place to one side. -Pos. 3- ignore.
Loosen the cylinder head cover bolts in sequence -6...1- and unscrew them.
Installation
Install in reverse order, note the following. Replace seal. O-ring. If damaged or leaking, replace the cylinder head cover gasket and bolts. Replace nozzles and seals. injector rings if damaged or leaking. Tighten the cylinder head cover bolts. Make sure that the cylinder head cover is correctly latched into the toothed belt guard -arrows-. For clarity, the installation position is shown with the camshaft gear removed.
Check the gap between the hub and the timing belt housing. Install the fuel distributor and injection nozzles. Electrical connections and laying. Remove air from fuel. systems.
