
Remove the fuel distributor.

Release the clamps "arrows", remove the protective cover of the toothed belt. Disconnect the electrical plug connections "2,3,4", release the wires. Remove and release the vacuum hose "1".

Disconnect the electrical plug connection "3" of the differential pressure sensor "G505". Unscrew the bolt "2" and release the hoses "1" from the holder. Put the differential pressure sensor "G505" back.

Release the bundle of electrical wires "arrow". Unscrew the nuts "1" and remove the holder "2".

Unscrew bolts "1,3". Remove fuel hoses by loosening hose clamps "2". Pull fuel lines up from cylinder head cover and push them aside. Do not take "Pos. 4" into account.

Disconnect the engine crankcase ventilation hose "2" by pressing the release buttons. Ignore "Pos. 1".

Remove vacuum hose "2". Remove holder "1" of cylinder head cover and put aside. "Pos. 3" is not taken into account.

Loosen the cylinder head cover bolts in the sequence "6...1" and unscrew them.

Installation
Installation in reverse order, note the following. Replace the O-ring. If damaged or leaking, replace the gasket and cylinder head cover bolts. Replace the nozzles and O-rings of the injectors if damaged or leaking. Tighten the cylinder head cover bolts. Make sure that the cylinder head cover is correctly snapped into the toothed belt casing "arrows". For clarity, the installation position is shown with the camshaft gear removed.

Check the clearance between the hub and the timing belt cover. Install the fuel distributor and injection nozzles. Electrical connections and gasket. Bleed air from the fuel system.
