Cylinder head cover
Carefully! When installing a new, incomplete engine, be sure to tighten the clamping clamps of the injection modules to the specified torque after installing the high-pressure lines. To align the injection modules when installing high-pressure lines, the clamping brackets are only screwed in as far as they will go after delivery. Failure to do so may result in engine damage.
cylinder head cover 1. Gasket: replace if damaged or leaking; 2. Cylinder head cover; 3. Holder: for vacuum lines and electrical wires; 4. Seal ring: replace; 5. Engine crankcase ventilation hose; To remove, press the unlock buttons; 6. Fuel sealing sleeve ramps: replacement if damaged or leaking; 7. Nozzle; 8. Clamp; 9/11/12. Bolt; 10. Fuel rail: comply with cleanliness standards; do not change the bend of high pressure pipelines; 13. Return fuel highway; 14. Seal ring: replace; 15. Nozzle: comply with cleanliness standards; 16. Seal ring: replace; 17. Copper seal. ring: replace; 18. Injector sealing collar; 19. Cover; 20. Cover gasket; 21. Nozzle; 22. Bolt: replace if seal is damaged
Cylinder head cover - tightening torque and sequence
Tighten the cylinder head cover bolts in sequence -1...6- to a torque of 9 Nm. Make sure that there are no distortions in the position of the cylinder head cover.
