The body of the second generation A4 has increased in comparison with its predecessor: by 69 mm in length (4547 mm), by 33 mm in width (1766 mm), and by 13 mm in height.
The A4 is equipped with a comprehensive range of safety features. The basis for passenger safety is a robust passenger compartment with defined deformation characteristics. Thanks to the use of high-strength steel and additional protective elements, as well as the development of large deformation zones, it provides even greater safety than the previous model.
