- nominal:
- synchronizers of I and II gears and V gears - 1.10-1.70;
- synchronizer III and IV gears: 1.35-1.39;
- minimum allowable (when worn): 0,50.
The axial clearance of the gear of the fourth gear of the secondary shaft is selected by selecting the thickness of the retaining rings. Retaining rings 2.35 thick are supplied as spare parts; 2.38; 2.41; 2.44 and 2.47 mm.
The axial clearance of the gear of the third gear of the secondary shaft is selected by selecting the thickness of the retaining rings. 1.50 and 1.60 mm thick circlips are available as spare parts.
Axial clearance of the gear of the IV gear of the primary shaft, mm: 0.10-0.40. It is selected by selecting the thickness of the thrust washer. Thrust washers with a thickness of 3.47 are supplied as spare parts; 3.57 and 3.67 mm.
Since June 1983, the fixation against axial movement of the drive gear of the IV gear has been changed. The gear snap ring groove on the input shaft is misaligned. The support washer and the chamfer under it have been eliminated. In connection with the measurement, the axial run of the gear is more adjustable.
When installing the input shaft of a modified design in a gearbox of type 013 release before June 15, 1983 and a gearbox of type 014 II release before June 21, 1983, it is necessary to install a retaining ring for the fourth gear drive gear with catalog No. 901 208 01.
Landing depth of the speedometer drive drive gear relative to the end of the differential box, mm: 1.40.
Adjustment of the distance between the axis of the differential and the end face of the drive gear of the main gear, which determines the contact of the working surface of the teeth of the gears of the main gear, is achieved by setting the adjusting rings between the rear bearing of the secondary shaft and the decent gearbox housing (see diagram page 84). Thickness of adjusting rings supplied as spare parts, mm: 0.15; 0.20; 0.25; from 0.30 to 1.20 with an interval of every 0.10 mm.
Scheme of selection of adjusting rings when installing the rear bearings of the primary and secondary shafts in the rear crumb of the gearbox:
a - protrusion of the rear bearing of the input shaft;
b - protrusion of the rear bearing of the secondary shaft;
c - drowning of the bearing surface of the rear bearing of the secondary shaft;
d - sinking of the bearing surface of the input shaft rear bearing;
e is the thickness of the gasket;
v - thickness of the adjusting sharp rear bearing of the input shaft;
s is the thickness of the adjusting ring of the rear bearing of the secondary shaft.
The differential bearing preload and side clearance between the gear teeth of the main gear are adjusted by setting adjusting rings between the outer rings of the bearings and the clutch housing.
Differential bearing preload, mm: 0.40. Thickness of adjusting rings supplied as spare parts, mm:
- installed under the outer ring of the bearing from the side of the teeth of the driven gear: 0.15; 0.20; 0.25; 0.50; 0.80; 1.00 and 1.50;
- installed under the outer ring of the bearing on the opposite side: 0.15; 0.20-1.00 every 0.10 mm: 1.20.
