1. Poly V-belt: check for wear, do not bend; when installing, ensure correct position on the pulleys. To reinstall the poly V-belt, mark the direction of rotation with chalk or a felt-tip pen before removing it.
2. Poly V-belt tensioner: To relieve the poly V-belt, move it back using a wrench; secure with the "T10060 A" locking pin.
3. Bolt: 8 Nm and tighten further by 45°.
4. Bolt: replace, lubricate the seal with oil. ring; 150 Nm and turn further by 90°; when loosening and tightening, use the "T10355" stop. To avoid adjusting the timing, do not turn the crankshaft with the bolt removed.
5. Sealing ring: not a spare part, included in the bolt delivery scope.
6. Torsional vibration damper: with a poly V-belt pulley, in order not to change the timing phases, do not turn the crankshaft from the "TDC" position when the damper is removed.
7. Additional holder. units: with oil filter and oil radiator.
8. Gasket: replace.
9/10. Bolt.
11. Generator.
12. Compressor mounting sleeve.
13. Compressor: Do not unscrew/disconnect the refrigerant lines.
14. Bolt.

Torque and sequence, tightening of bracket of mounted units

Install additional holder. units and first screw in bolt "4", Tighten the bolts in sequence. "1...5" in 3 stages as follows.

1. Tighten the bolts by hand. 2. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 20 Nm. 3. Tighten the bolts by 90°.

Removal and installation a poly V-belt

Before removing the poly V-belt, mark the direction of movement with chalk or a felt-tip pen for subsequent installation. To loosen the poly V-belt, turn the tensioner in the direction of the arrow. Secure the tensioner with the T10060 A locking pin. Remove the poly V-belt.

Installation

Installation in reverse order. Before installing the poly V-belt, the generator and compressor must be installed. Install the poly V-belt as shown in the figure. Turn the tensioner in the direction of the arrow and remove the locking pin "T10060 A". Loosen the tensioner. Check that the poly V-belt is installed correctly. Start the engine and check that the poly V-belt runs correctly.

Remove the poly V-belt from the tensioner. Unscrew the "arrow" bolts and remove the tensioner "1" of the poly V-belt from the additional holder. units.

Installation in reverse order. Install the poly V-belt.

To relieve excess pressure, first close the expansion tank cap. tank with a rag and carefully open it. Drain the coolant. Loosen clamp "1" and disconnect the air hose.

Place a rag under the auxiliary holder. units to collect leaking oil. Disconnect connectors "1" and "3" from the "E22" oil pressure sensor and the "P378" low-pressure oil pressure sensor. Disconnect connector "5" from the "M522" piston cooling injector control valve.

Disconnect connector "1" from boost pressure sensor "031" and set aside. Loosen clamp "2" and remove the air hose,

Loosen bolts "1" and "2" and rotate the front coolant pipe upward. Remove the generator.

Disconnect plug connection "1" of the electromagnetic clutch on the compressor. Unscrew the compressor "arrow" bolts. Tie the compressor with the refrigerant hoses connected to the side member from above. Remove the oil filter.

Unscrew bolts "1...5" and remove the additional holder. units from the coolant pump housing.

Installation

Installation in reverse order. Replace bolts that were tightened with additional tightening. Replace gaskets and seals. o-rings. Wet the seal. o-rings "4" concentrate, concentrate. Insert the connecting pipe "2" into the housing "3" of the coolant pump. Push on the auxiliary bracket. units "1" on the connecting pipe, insert the bolts and tighten.
