3. Spacer bracket, right: bumper trim.
4. Safety bar holder, right.
5. High-frequency sound signal "H2".
6. Bolt: 30 Nm.
7. Spacer bracket, left: bumper trim.
8. Bolt: used for fixing to the radiator frame; 4 Nm.
9. Bolt: 30 Nm.
10. Safety bar holder, left.
11. Bolt: 20 Nm.
12. Nut.


Removal and installation the safety bar



During installation, all cable ties should be placed in their original locations. Remove the trim panel front. bumper. Disconnect plug "4" from the sound signalers and remove wire "3" from the sound signal bracket. Disconnect the washer nozzle hose by cutting the cable ties "1". Loosen the bolts "arrows" and remove the spacer bracket "2" from the bumper trim. Remove the safety beam. "5" from the fastenings. If the timber is safe. it is difficult to remove from the fasteners; you should pry it off with a screwdriver.
