Wheel alignment angles
Note: Models produced since 1998 were equipped with an aluminum upper control arm mounting bracket instead of a steel one. Note the difference in the installation angles.
Front wheel alignment angles (models with steel upper arm bracket):
Convergence:
- Standard — +10±2'
- When turning the steering wheel by 20° — -1°20'±30'
Collapse:
- Standard*:
- Standard suspension (code 1BA) - -25'±25'
- Sports suspension (code 1BE) -40'±25'
- Heavy Duty Mechanism (Code 1BP) - -25'±25'
- Heavy Duty Suspension (Code 1BB) - -15'±25'
- Heavy Duty Suspension (Code 1BT) - -30'±25'
- The permissible difference between wheels is ±30'
Front wheel alignment angles (models with aluminum upper arm bracket):
Convergence:
- Standard — +10'±2'
- When turning the steering wheel by 20° — -1°20'±30'
Collapse:
- Standard*:
- Standard suspension (code 1BA) - -35'±25'
- Sports suspension (code 1BE) -50'±25'
- Heavy Duty Mechanism (Code 1BP) - -35'±25'
- Heavy Duty Suspension (Code 1BB) - -20'±25'
- Heavy Duty Suspension (Code 1BT) - -30'±25'
- The permissible difference between wheels is ±30'
Rear wheel alignment angles:
- Convergence*:
- Standard suspension (code 1BA) — +20'+15'-10'
- Sports suspension (code 1 BE) - +28'+15'-10'
- Heavy Duty Mechanism (Code 1BP) - +20'+15'-10'
- Heavy Duty Suspension (Code 1BB) - +14'+15'-10'
- Heavy Duty Suspension (Code 1BT) - +17'+15'-10'
- The maximum permissible deviation from the direction of movement from the longitudinal axis of the vehicle (drift) is ±15'
- Collapse:
- Standard — -1°30'±20'
- The permissible difference between wheels is 30'
* The suspension type identification code is stamped on the VIN plate (vehicle identification number)
