1 - Bearing cover. When installing, pay attention to the correct position of the holes. The fourth bearing cover is not shown in Fig. The camshaft has 5 bearings.
2 - nut, 20 Nm
3 - camshaft. During long-term operation of the camshaft, it is recommended to measure the clearance in its bearings. Check the radial clearance with a soft plastic wire. Permissible wear is 0.1 mm; permissible radial breakage 0.01 mm
4 - segment key. Checked for secure fit
5 - bolt, 80 Nm
6 - plug. Always replaceable
7 - plate pusher (hydraulic pusher). Place it after removal with the contact surface down. Before installation, check the axial clearance of the camshaft. When installing, lubricate the contact surface of the plate tappet with oil. Do not replace the tappet.
8 - crackers
9 - valve spring plate, upper. Distinguishing feature: chamfer inside. wide chamfer outside
10 - valve springs, outer and inner
11 - valve stem oil-deflecting cap
12 - spring plate, lower
13 - Valve guide. Check for wear
14 - cylinder head
15 - sealing ring
16 - a = cylinder head height. Minimum height after repair: for 4-cylinder petrol engines a = 132.6 mm; for 5-cylinder engines a=132.75 mm.
17 - valves. Only lapping is permitted. Mechanical processing is not permitted.
