

2. Unscrew and remove the lower part of the instrument panel (photo).

3. Unscrew the nut and remove the cable from the suspension (photo). Disconnect the wiring for the warning lamp.

4. Remove the air filter as described in Chapter 4.
5. If the throttle cable is going to be changed, the cable mount on the carburetor side can be left on the inner cable. In this case, remove the locking ring and release the end of the cable from the throttle lever (photo). Otherwise, unscrew the screw and pull out the inner cable.


6. Unscrew the bolt and remove the clamp from the cable housing (photo). Remove the cable from the car.

7. Installation is carried out in the reverse order, but adjust it as follows.
8. Pull the control handle out all the way.
9. See Fig. 3.2 and adjust the cable housing until dimension 'a' is approximately 10.0 mm.

10. Open the throttle lever fully, then tighten the screw.
11. Adjust the choke control so that the choke functions correctly. When the choke is fully open, there should be a gap "b" between the throttle lever and the stopper.
