Poly V-belt drive



1. Poly V-belt: check the degree of wear; before removing, mark the direction of travel with chalk…

2. Torsional vibration damper: with poly V-belt pulley.
3. Washer.
4. Bolt: replace; 20 Nm + turn further by 90°.
5. Intermediate roller of the poly V-belt.
6. Bolt: 23 Nm.
7/8. Roller cover.
9. Bolt: 23 Nm.
10. Intermediate roller of the poly V-belt.
11. Bolt.
12. Three-phase generator.
13. Generator bracket.
14. Bolt: tighten in 2 stages: crosswise 5 Nm, crosswise 40 Nm.
15. Bolt.
16. Pulley of the poly-V belt of the coolant pump.
17. Water pump.
18. Bolt: replace; 50 Nm + turn further by 90°.
19. Tensioner element of the poly V-belt.
20. Gasket: replace.
21. Compressor bracket.
22. Bolt: tighten in 2 stages: crosswise 5 Nm, crosswise 40 Nm.
23. Guide bushing: 2 pcs.
24. Bolt.
25. Air conditioning compressor, installations.


Take off



Remove the engine cover "arrows". Remove the air duct hose by loosening the hose clamp "arrow".
