Removal
Remove the poly V-belt. Unscrew the bolt for the poly V-belt pulley and the toothed belt gear, to do this, fix the poly V-belt pulley with the support "3415" with the pin "3415/1". Unscrew the bolt and remove the poly V-belt pulley.
Caution! Risk of engine damage! To prevent the crankshaft timing belt pulley from slipping off the drive pulley, do not turn the crankshaft when the poly V-belt pulley is loose. To secure the timing belt pinion for the crankshaft, screw in the bolt with 2 washers again.
Installation
Installation is in reverse order, in this case it is necessary to replace the bolt for the poly V-belt pulley.
Install the poly V-belt pulley so that the recess in the pulley aligns with the protrusion on the toothed belt gear "arrow". Install the poly V-belt.
