Wing
1. Wing: removal: remove the front bumper, remove the fender liner, remove the fender end trim, unscrew bolts "2", "4" and nuts "7" and remove the fenders; installation: in reverse order.
2. Bolt: 10 Nm.
3. Wing bracket.
4. Bolt: 8 Nm.
5. Blind rivet.
6. Rear bracket: connected with rivets to the wing.
7. Front bracket: connected with rivets to the wing.
8. Nut: 4 Nm.
Wing strut
1. Stretch: remove the bumper and move the fender liner to the side in the area of the stretch; to remove, unscrew bolts "2".
2. Nut: 8 Nm. On the right side, the brace is secured with bolts that are tightened to a torque of 10 Nm.
3. Spar.
4. Wing.
5. Fastening the bumper trim.
6. Nut: 4 Nm.
Wing seal
1. Gasket: self-adhesive; remove the protective film and install the seal on the wing bracket under the fender liner, as shown in the picture
2. Wing bracket: Install the seal on the wing bracket between the fender liner and the inner side of the wing.
3. Wing.
4. Fender liner.
Removal and installation the wing trim
1. Wing.
2. Wing trim: remove the front. wheel, remove the rear part of the fender liner, unscrew the windshield washer reservoir on the left side, unscrew the bolts "3", unlock the rear bracket of the fender and remove the end part in a downward direction.
3. Bolts: 1.5 Nm.
4. Clamp: 2x.
Unlocking the end part
Before moving the end part "1" downwards, it must first be unlocked in the "arrow" bracket of the wing "2".
