1 - Wing support, secured with bolts 2;
2 - Bolt, 8 Nm;
3 - Bolt, 10 Nm;
4 - Support bracket 1;
5 - Wing;
6 - Expansion sleeve.
3.1b. Front left fender installation details:
1 - Wing;
2 - Bolt, 15 Nm;
3 - Support bracket 4;
4 - Wing support;
5 - Bolt with washer, 15 Nm;
6 - Bolt, 5 Nm;
7 - Wing bracket;
8 - Bolt, 15 Nm.
2. To remove the wing, remove the front wheel, front wheel arch liner (see Section 4) and the end panel (1 in the illustration), by unscrewing the bolts (2).
3.2. Bolts (1) for fastening the end panel (2).
Remove the bolts (2 and 8 in Illustration 3.1b), bolts (5) from the wing support and drill out the bracket rivets (7) at the very bottom of the mudguard.
