Note: The removal and installation of the outside mirror is described in Section 11.
Note: After working with the locking elements, make sure they are functioning properly before closing the door.
1. Door installation details are shown in the illustration.
7.1. Front door installation details:
1 - Door;
2/3 - Top/bottom of the top loop;
4 - Lock nut, 25 Nm;
5 - Cap;
6 - Retainer;
7/8 - Top/bottom of bottom loop;
9 - Bolt with washer, 32 Nm.
To remove the door, pull the wiring boot out of the A-pillar and disconnect the connectors. Then loosen the nut (4) on the upper hinge, remove the lower bolt (9) from the lower hinge, remove the lower hinge pin cap, and carefully lift the door up off its hinges.
2. Window lifter actuator (1 in the illustration) it is fastened with bolts (2) through threaded bushings (3) with a force of 3.5 Nm and is accessible after removing the interior door trim.
7.2. Fastening of the front door window lift actuator.
3. The details of the window lifter installation are shown in the illustration.
7.3. Window lifter installation details:
1 - Glass;
2 - Window lifter;
3 - Door;
4 - Nuts, 6 pcs.;
5 - Speaker cover.
To remove the window lifter, remove the inner door trim, trim (5) and glass (see subsection below). Then loosen the upper nuts (4), completely loosen the lower nuts (4) and lift the window regulator through the oblong holes.
4. To remove the glass (1 in the illustration) use a screwdriver to press the clamps (arrows) from the window lifter (2) and slightly pull the glass up in the guide.
7.4. Removing the front glass.
Then tilt the glass forward and pull it up. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
Door adjustment
5. To adjust the door longitudinally, loosen the bolts (And in the illustration) fastening its upper and/or lower hinge to pillar A and move the door (2) in the longitudinal holes of pillar A.
7.5. Longitudinal adjustment of the door and adjustment of its protrusion (the lower loop is shown).
Tighten the bolts to 23 Nm.
6. To adjust the door protrusion, loosen the bolts (In illustration 7.5) fastening its upper and/or lower hinge and move the door (2) in the longitudinal holes of the hinge. Tighten the bolts to 23 Nm.
7. The rear edge of the door is adjusted by moving the striker of the lock (1 in the illustration) with loosened bolts (2) securing it.

For lateral adjustment, use marks (a and c), and for projection adjustment, use marks (b and d).
