Note: After working with the locking elements, make sure they are functioning properly before closing the door.
1. Door installation details are shown in the illustration.
8.1. Rear door installation details:
1 - Door;
2/3 - Top/bottom of the top loop;
4 - Lock nut, 25 Nm;
5, 6 - Cap;
7 - Retainer;
8/9 - Top/bottom of bottom loop;
10 - Bolt with washer, 32 Nm.
To remove the door, pull the wiring harness out of the B-pillar and disconnect the connectors. Then loosen the nut (4) on the upper hinge, remove the lower bolt (10) from the lower hinge, remove the lower hinge pin cap, and carefully lift the door up off its hinges.
2. The rear door window lift actuator is attached in the same way as the front door window lift actuator (see Section 7).
3. The details of the window lifter installation are shown in the illustration.
8.3. Window lifter installation details:
1 - Glass;
2 - Window lifter;
3 - Door;
4 - Nuts, 6 pcs.;
5 - Bolt, 2.5 Nm;
6 - Speaker cover;
7 - Glass guide.
To remove the window lifter, remove the inner door trim, trim (6) and glass (see subsection below). Then loosen the upper nuts (4), completely loosen the lower nuts (4) and lift the window regulator through the oblong holes.
4. To remove the glass (1 in the illustration) remove the guide (7 in illustration 8.3) pry it away from the window regulator with a screwdriver (2 in the illustration) clamps (arrows) and slightly pull the glass up in the guide.
8.4. Removing the rear window.
Then tilt the glass forward and pull it up. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
5. Adjustment of the rear door is carried out in the same way as adjustment of the front door (see Section 7).
