2. Open the expansion tank cap to relieve coolant pressure.
3. Mark the server (And in the illustration) and return (B) coolant hoses, pinch them and disconnect them from the radiator.

Place under the connection (And in the illustration) container for collecting the coolant, insert the hose into the connection (B) and carefully blow the coolant out of the radiator using a jet of compressed air. Remove the nozzle (C), the glove compartment (see Chapter 11) and the gas pedal (see Chapter 4).

5. Remove the screws (And in the illustration) and remove the cover (B) of the coolant pipes. On models with an additional heater radiator, disconnect the corresponding connector. Cover the floor covering with film to prevent coolant from getting on it.

6. Remove the clamps (And in the illustration) and pull both coolant pipes (A and B) out of the radiator connections. Remove the radiator (D).

7. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of dismantling the components. Use new seals and clamps.
