2. Remove the front sound insulation casing (see illustration 5.5 Chapter 2).
3. If necessary, remove the front bumper (see Chapter 11).
4. Bring the radiator frame to the service position (see Chapter 2).
5. If present, remove the intercooler and additional air pump (see Chapter 4).
6. Unscrew the bolt (And in the illustration) and bolts (B), disconnect the refrigerant lines from the compressor.

7. Remove the oil filter (see Section 6 Chapter 1).
8. Loosen and remove the compressor drive belt (see Chapter 2).
9. Remove the bolts (And in the illustration) and remove the compressor.

10. Installation is performed in the reverse order of component removal. Use new refrigerant line sealing rings.
