Removal and installation the support bracket and upper rods (Audi A4 B7)

1. To remove the support bracket (4 in illustration 4.1) suspension struts and upper suspension rods remove the strut (see Section 3). The support bracket is removed directly from the stand.

2. To remove the upper arms, loosen the nuts (1 in the illustration) and remove the bolts (2), then remove the rods (3 and 4).



3. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of dismantling the components. Before final tightening of the upper link fasteners, make sure that they are positioned in accordance with the accompanying illustrations.
