- 1 — Checkpoint
- 2 — Spherical journal. Lubricate with MoS₂ grease. Tightening torque for aluminum alloy gearboxes: 25 Nm; with a magnesium alloy gearbox: 18 Nm.
- 3 - Intermediate element
- 4 - Disc spring. The smaller diameter faces the guide bushing
- 5 — Sealing ring
- 6 — Primary shaft seal. Press in until it stops
- 7 — Guide bushing*
- 8 — Retaining spring
- 9 — Clutch release bearing lever. Before installing, lubricate the pusher with copper grease "Z 381 351 TE"
- 10 — Internal Torx screw*. Be sure to replace Black for aluminum alloy gearbox, shiny for magnesium alloy gearbox. Tightening torque for aluminum alloy gearbox: 35 Nm; tightening torque for magnesium alloy gearbox: 25 Nm.
- 11 — Clutch release bearing. Do not rinse, just wipe clean
- 12 - Bolt, 20 Nm
- 13 — Clutch hydraulic system slave cylinder. When installing, press on the cylinder so that the bolt can be easily inserted
- 14 - Pusher. Lubricate the end with copper grease
