Press out the dual clutch ball bearing.
Depending on the clutch cover size, an adjusting washer "2" is installed behind the ball bearing "3". Before installing a new ball bearing, it must be reinstalled, if necessary, replaced with a new one. Replace ball bearing "3".
Installation
Installation is in reverse order. Replace the O-ring and retaining rings.
Depending on the design, the clutch cover is made with or without the adjusting washer "2". Observe the instructions and compliance. If it was there when removing, insert the adjusting washer "2" into the cover "1". Press in the new ball bearing of the dual clutch until it stops. Install the "VW 415 A" branch pipe with the thin flange facing up.
Install a new snap ring "arrow" of the ball bearing. Clean the sealing surface on the clutch housing cover.
