Turn the puller "T40176" upwards. To avoid the flywheel tipping over, hold the flywheel from below, as shown in the figure. Remove the flywheel without tilting it from the drive shaft "arrow".
Installation
Installation in reverse order. Thoroughly clean the gearbox housing in the differential access area "arrow A" and the shaft seal ring "arrow B". If the shaft seal ring between the differential and the gearbox housing "arrow B" is damaged, replace it. Half fill the space between the working edge and the boot arrow with sealant.
Clean the drive shaft "arrow". Lubricate the splines of the drive shaft with a thin layer of grease for splines of driven clutch discs "G 000 100".
Carefully, without allowing skewing, install the flywheel on the drive shaft "arrow". Unscrew the puller "T40176" from the flywheel "A". Install the left shaft with the flange.
