Double clutch: different designs depending on the model, take into account the compliance; after replacing the dual clutch, the corresponding "Guided Function" must be performed on the diagnostic tester; 6. Carter KP; 7. Adjusting washer: installed depending on the design, take into account the compliance with the clutch cover; 8. Double Clutch Ball Bearing; 9. Retaining ring: replace; for ball bearing; 10. Retaining ring: replace; dual clutch; 11. Drive shaft sealing ring; 12. Bolt: replace; 6 pcs. in 6-cylinder engines; 60 Nm
Clutch cover - torque and tightening sequence
Tighten the bolts in 3 stages in the sequence shown.
