1. To unhook the handbrake cable, pull out the lock washer 1. Make sure that the bellows of the cable are not damaged.
When unhitching the handbrake cable, do not damage the cover
2. Remove the mounting screws from the brake caliper housing. In this case, it is necessary to hold the guide pin with a fork wrench.
3. After dismantling the locking springs, remove the brake pads. If you intend to use the pads again, mark them and install them in the same place.
4. The brake caliper can only be cleaned with alcohol, do not use any wire brushes.
5. Using special tool 3272, press the piston into the caliper. Gradually depress the piston by pressing it hard and turning the lead screw to the right. Tool belt (arrow) should be in contact with the caliper.
The piston can only be pressed out with special tool 3272. To do this, turn the spindle to the right, and the knurling to the left
6. Remove the protective film from the back of the brake linings and install them together with the retaining springs.
7. Screw the caliper with new self-locking screws.
8. Attach the handbrake cable.
9. Upon completion of installation, adjust the handbrake.
