Removal
1. The multifunctional switch is installed on top of the gearbox (Fig. 5.1).
2. Apply the handbrake, raise the front of the car, and install safety supports.
3. Disconnect the wiring connector, unscrew the bolts securing the switch wiring to the top of the gearbox.
4. Remember the position of the switch, unscrew the bolt and remove the switch from the mounting plate.
5. Remove the switch from the gearbox. Remove the sealing ring.
Installation
6. Wipe the area under the switch on the gearbox. Install a new sealing ring, insert the switch as noted during removal.
7. Install the mounting plate and tighten the bolt.
8. Secure the wire to the gearbox housing and tighten the bolts.
9. Connect the wiring and lower the vehicle.
