2. All models are equipped with front and rear disc brakes. All models are equipped with anti-lock braking system ABS (in paragraph 18 the ABS system is described in detail).
3. Disc brakes are actuated by single-cylinder calipers with a "floating" bracket, creating equal pressure on both brake pads. The parking brake drive is on the rear wheels.
4. All models are equipped with an independent mechanical parking brake drive on the rear wheels.
5. Since diesel engines do not have a throttle valve, there is not enough vacuum in the intake manifold to operate the servo booster. To solve this problem, all models with diesel engines are equipped with a separate vacuum pump. The pump is mounted on the side of the cylinder block and is driven by an auxiliary shaft.
Note: When servicing any part of the system, proceed carefully and methodically, scrupulously maintaining cleanliness. If there is any doubt about the functionality of components, replace them. if necessary, as a set for one axle. Use genuine spare parts, or spare parts from well-known manufacturers.
