Withdrawal
10. On each side of the vehicle, remove the screws securing the front ends of the bumper to the wheel arches.
11. In the luggage compartment, bend the butt cover, unscrew the two mounting bolts on both sides (pic. 9.11). On Avant models, you will have to remove the panel from the luggage compartment sill, then the left sidewall trim and carpet to gain access to one of the bolts on the left side.
12. Gently remove the bumper, bringing it back to the car. If the bumper "has grown", release its front ends from the mounting brackets one at a time by pulling the lower part of the end of the bumper slightly forward and turning it up and to the side opened (pic. 9.12, a, b).
13. Shock-absorbing tubes of a bumper can be removed from a body, having turned out bolts of fastening. When reinstalling, tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
14. If required, the bumper molding can be removed by releasing the latches.
Installation
15. Installation - reverse procedure. Before final tightening, screw on all mounting nuts. Tighten the bumper mounting bolts to the specified torque (pic. 9.15).
