1. Refer to the description paragraph 6 of chapter 12.
Motors
Withdrawal
2. Raise the glass completely and remove the door upholstery panel as described in paragraph 17. To improve access, remove the power window carriage as described in paragraph 21.
3. Tape the glass to the frame so that it does not fall through the door when the motor is removed.
4. Disconnect the wiring connector from the motor.
5. Turn away screws of fastening of the motor to the mechanism of a window regulator, accurately unhook the motor and remove it.
Installation
6. Install the motor, aligning it with the power window mechanism and install the mounting screws. Gradually and evenly tighten the mounting screws in a diagonal sequence so as not to warp the motor, and tighten them to the prescribed torque.
7. Attach the wiring connector to the motor and remove the tape from the glass.
8. Install the carriage on the window lifter (if filmed), as described in paragraph 21.
9. Before installation of the upholstery panel connect the accumulator and check up operation of a window regulator.
Note: On models that are equipped with power windows with a safety system that lowers the window, if a foreign object gets under it, the following operation will be required. First turn the ignition on and off again. After that, raise the glass to the stop and hold the switch button in this position for four seconds. Lower the glass and check the completeness of its opening.
10. Install the upholstery panel as described in paragraph 17.
