1. Hose clamp.
2. Air duct hose: to throttle control module "J338"; when installing, pay attention to the markings.
3. Hose clamp.
4. Air flow meter: air flow meter "G70" with intake air temperature sensor "G42"; 5 Nm.
5. Sealing ring: replace if damaged.
6. Replaceable air element. filter: Always use the original filter element; clean the fine filter as well (if installed).
7. Air duct: fixed at the top of the air duct. filter; clean the air duct from dirt and leaves.
8. Air duct: clean the air duct from dirt and leaves.
9. Air duct: to the radiator frame; clean the air duct from dirt and leaves.
10. Rubber tip.
11. Water drain hose: clean the water drain hose from dirt and leaves (important).
12. Water drainage hose guide.
13. Heated air supply line (only in countries with cold climates): Insert the heated air supply line into the air filter until it stops and turn it clockwise until it clicks.
14. Lower part of the air. filter: Clean the lower part of the air filter. filters from salt deposits, dirt and leaves; check the drain for contamination and clean if necessary (important).
15. Fastening for the lower part of the air. filter.
16. -
17. Air bypass valve. filter "N275": with intake air switching flap.
18. Bolt: for air bypass valve. filter "N275".
19. Bolt.
20. Upper part of the air. filters: Clean the top of the air filter. filters from salt deposits, dirt and leaves.
21. Bolt: for fastening the air liner. filter.
When installing the suction hose, take into account the arrows.

Removal and installation the air liner. filter
Disconnect the plug "2" of the air flow meter "G70". Remove the air duct hose from the air flow meter "G70" by loosening the hose clamp "3". Unscrew the "arrow" bolts of the upper part of the air flow meter. filter and remove it upwards.

Unscrew the 2 fastening bolts of the "arrow" of the replaceable air element. filter.

Install
To ensure the G70 air flow meter functions properly, it is essential to complete the following steps. If the replaceable air element is heavily soiled or saturated with moisture. filters, dirt particles or moisture can get into the G70 air flow meter and distort the data obtained. This will result in a loss of power as less fuel injection volume is calculated. Use sealant to install the air intake sleeve (silicone-free). Secure all hose connections with clamps of the appropriate series. Check the condensate drain hose "arrow" at the bottom of the air duct. filters for dirt and clots (clean if necessary).

Clean the air duct housing. filter (upper and lower parts) from residual salts, dirt or leaves (if necessary, clean by pumping out). When installing a replacement air element. filter, make sure that it is in the center of the upper part of the air. filter. Bolt the new filter element to the top of the air filter. filter. Connecting plate of the air filter element. filter "1" must be adjacent to the connecting plate of the air duct housing. filter "2". Carefully, without applying much force, install the upper part of the air. filters to the bottom. Before tightening the bolts, check again that the upper part is located in the groove of the lower part of the air. filter (air leakage through leaks).

Screw the top part of the air. filter to the bottom. Check the air supply hose's tightness on the G70 air flow meter. Reconnect the G70 air flow meter's connector. Reinstall in reverse order.
