Roof rails
When re-using, screw in nuts and bolts only with thread sealant.
1. Roof rails: lower the ceiling panel, the adjustment elements should be inserted into the roof and be under slight tension in the mounting. position, install the roof rail and insert the threaded pins through the adjusting elements, observing the tightening order; first tighten the bolts, then the nuts to the correct torque
2. Adjusting element: Insert the front adjusting elements and both rear adjusting elements into the holes and slide them forward into the mounting position. position; insert the remaining adjusting element (if you look from the 2nd element in front) into the hole and slide it back into the mount. position, slightly tighten the adjusting elements (0.3 Nm) so that they fit snugly against the outer skin.
3. Nut: 10 Nm.
4. Bolt: 10 Nm.
5. Roof.
