Removal and installation mirror glass

Secure the edges of the housing at the top and bottom with adhesive tape to protect the paintwork from damage. Press mirror element "1" using lever "80-200" from above and below the mirror adjuster "arrow".



Disconnect connectors "2" and "3" of the rearview mirror heating. side of mirror "1". If present, unclip connector "5" from the holder. Disconnect connector "4".

Installation

Installation in reverse order. Place the mirror element on the mirror adjuster and press on the mirror element. When installing the mirror element, press only on the center of the mirror.

Removal and installation the exterior mirror housing

Remove the mirror element. To protect the varnish coating, cover the area around the mirror housing with a soft cloth. Unscrew the bolts "4" and "5". Unlock the protrusions "3" "in the direction of arrow A". Unlock the clamp "1" and remove the outer mirror housing from the trim "2" "arrows B". Press the mirror regulator downwards and remove the outer mirror housing upwards. Disconnect the side plug connector. direction indicator. Remove the side turn signal from the outside mirror housing.



Installation in reverse order.

Removal and installation the mirror adjuster mounting cover

Remove the outside mirror housing. Unscrew the "arrow" bolts. Release the tabs "2" and remove the cover "1" from the mirror adjuster mount.



Installation in reverse order. Install the outside mirror housing.

Removal and installation the mirror adjustment device mount

Remove the door trim and glass frame connector. Remove the tweeter cover and bracket. Disconnect the plug connector; to do this, pull the lock "3" downwards "arrow A" and press the retainer "4" downwards. Remove the nozzle "2" from the outer mirror seal. Remove the mounting hinges from the door in the area of the outside mirror. Disconnect the outside rearview mirror seal. view "1" from the door and simultaneously unscrew the "arrow" bolts. Remove the mirror adjuster mount and simultaneously route the wiring harness out through the hole in the body.



Installation in reverse order. Install the rearview mirror seal. view. Install the cover and the tweeter bracket. Install door trim.

Removal and installation the mirror adjustment device

Remove the mirror element. Remove bolt "1" of mirror adjuster "2". Unlock the "arrow" mounting plates and remove the mirror adjuster.



Disconnect connector "1" of mirror adjustment device "2".



Installation in reverse order. Insert the mirror adjuster into the mirror mount with an audible click.
