1. Mirror glass; 2/11. Bolt. 1.5 Nm; 3. Bolt; 4. Direction indicator lamp in the outside mirror on the driver's side "L131"; 5. Outside mirror housing; 6. Fix the edges of the housing at the top and bottom with adhesive tape to protect the paintwork from damage. Press the mirror element "1" using the lever "80-200" at the top and bottom of the mirror regulator "arrow".
Remove connectors "1" of the mirror heating elements from the back of the mirror "2". Unlock the plug connector in the bracket.
Installation
Place the mirror element on the mirror regulator and press on the mirror element. Insert the wires into the clips "3". When installing the mirror element, press only on the center of the mirror.
Removal the exterior mirror housing 1. Outside mirror housing. Removal: glass removed. Unscrew bolts "3". Detach the housing upwards from the inside along the lower front edge. Remove the housing upwards from the guides of the adjustment unit bracket. Disconnect the plug connector of the side turn signal. Remove the housing; 2. Lane Keeping Assist indicator light in the driver's side exterior mirror "K233"; 3. Bolt 1 Nm; 4. Mirror adjuster mount; 5. Direction indicator lamp in the outside mirror on the driver's side "L131"
Unlock the case
Press the housing "1" along the lower front edge from the inside upwards towards the lower part of the adjustment block mount and pull it back slightly from the "arrow" clamps.
Installation
When installing, insert the guides correctly into the arrow B brackets to secure the Arrow A locking tabs.
The front edge of the body should connect at the mount with the bottom part.
Removal the mirror adjustment device mount
Remove the door trim. Remove the trim and the high-tone speaker bracket. Disconnect connectors "4" and "5". Remove bushing "2" from the rear-view mirror seal. Remove the fastening loops from the door in the area of the outside mirror. Unscrew bolts "3".
Remove the fastening of the mirror adjustment device "1" and at the same time bring the wiring harness out through the hole in the body.
Installation
Install the rear view mirror seal. Install the tweeter trim and bracket. Install the door trim.
Removal the mirror adjustment device
Remove the mirror element. Unscrew bolt "2" of mirror adjuster "1".
Disconnect electrical connector "2" of the mirror adjustment device.
Installation
Insert the mirror adjuster into the mirror mount with an audible click.
