Removal

Detach the front part of the trim panel 7 (Fig. 16–60).
Disconnect the electrical connector from the wire going to the mirror.
Using a screwdriver blade, press the latches and separate the left side of the mirror base 3 from the mounting plate 5.
Remove the mirror.
Installation
Before installing the mirror, check that the locking pin 8 is positioned correctly.
Install the right side of the mirror base 3 on the mounting plate 5.
Press down on the left side of the base until it is secured with the locking pin.
Connect the electrical connector and install the molding trim.
