Timing Belt for Camshaft Drive. 2.5L Diesel Engine

  • 1 — Crankshaft timing belt wheel. Can only be installed in one position. Avoid getting oil on the adjacent wheel/crankshaft surface
  • 2 — Timing belt tensioner
  • 3 - Bolt, 10 Nm
  • 4 - Screw, 42 Nm
  • 5 — Tensioner lever. Place washer 7
  • 6 - Screw, 42 Nm
  • 7 — Tensioner lever washer
  • 8 — Tension roller. Place washer 20
  • 9 - Flange bolt, 75 Nm
  • 10 — Camshaft wheel. For intake camshaft
  • 11 — Toothed belt
  • 12 - Bolt, 10 Nm
  • 13 — Coolant pump
  • 14 - Bolt, 10 Nm
  • 15 — Rear right timing belt cover
  • 16 - Rear center timing belt cover
  • 17 — Rear left timing belt cover
  • 18 — Sealing gasket. Be sure to replace
  • 19 — Intake camshaft wheel
  • 20 — Tension roller washer
  • 21 — Flange bolt, 75 Nm
  • 22 — Guide roller
  • 23 — Lower timing belt cover
  • 24 - Bolt, 10 Nm
  • 25 - Screw, 45 Nm
  • 26 — Spacer sleeve
  • 27 - Bolt, 200 Nm + 180°

  • 1 - Fan holder with viscous coupling
  • 2 - Nut, 36 Nm
  • 3 - Screw, 22 Nm
  • 4 — Damper of torsional vibrations of the fuel injection pump wheel
  • 5 — Toothed belt of the fuel injection pump
  • 6 — Fuel injection pump
  • 7 — Fuel injection pump wheel with a thrust flange on one or both sides. When installing, install in the center of the grooves. After installation, check the start of injection and adjust (work of the service station)
  • 8 — Washer
  • 9 - Screw, 22 Nm
  • 10 — Tension roller. For the fuel injection pump drive toothed belt
