Checking the timing belt (4-cylinder engine) (Audi A6 C4)

Every 12 months.

Execution order

1. Remove the belt covers.

2. Inspect the belt for wear, cracks or damage. Measure the belt thickness, if it is less than 22 mm, the belt must be replaced.
